All energy efficiency implementations experience some 'drift' away from the robust savings achieved at the outset. ESA's Energy Management software can detect and report energy consumption anomalies to your facility management staff and the ESA Network Operations Centre.
We can monitor as few as three data points attached to your electric, gas, and water mains to hundreds of points such as pumps, motors, temperature and humidity set points, air quality, production machinery outputs, and other critical settings or flow rates.
In some instances, drift can result from humans doing what humans do: fiddling. It can be anything from leaving cooler doors open to duct-taping switches on. Whether an anomaly, equipment failure or fiddling, our Energy Management System can detect and report the problem to you and your staff.

We create an easy-to-use data dashboard and interface for customer use.
In real-time, it provides you with information from the data points on mains for electricity, gas, water, solar, and thermal energy.
The information allows you to:
- Understand consumption patterns.
- Profile, benchmark, and model past, present, and future energy performance.
- Calculate baselines to track energy efficiency.
- Measure and verify savings.
- Improve efficiency initiatives.
- The system sends automatic email alerts for energy use anomalies to your Facility Manager and other designated individuals so they may address any problems.

Under the Silver Plan, you receive the benefits of the Bronze Plan, plus our Network Operations Centre is connected remotely to your site's systems and
using Artificial Intelligence, it continuously synthesises the data from your smart meters and sensors to detect anomalies and wastage.
It also includes:
- Onsite and online customer digital energy dashboards
- A customised onsite health check of all systems and assets: HVAC, lighting, metering, environmental, renewables, and onsite energy generation to reduce waste and focus on more efficient solutions.
- Proactive alarm monitoring – Immediate reporting by call, email, and/or text so your facility management team can address the problem.
Monthly optimisation services include:
- Remote audits of your BMS system to check for areas of energy efficiency improvements.
- Reports on BMS failures, alarms, and anomalies
- Checks on all schedules, settings, and setpoints to catch efficiency drift
- Customer calls to discuss the month's activities and future improvements

Continuous reporting allows our engineering team to respond quickly.
Our Engineers can often use their remote engineering capabilities to maintain and improve site energy performance.
When the Network Operations Centre receives data from the onsite monitoring system indicating a problem, they will alert the Facility Manager and support troubleshooting remotely.
If the onsite team cannot solve the problem, the Operations Centre will dispatch the appropriate technician to make the repairs.

- Quarterly onsite BMS Planned Preventative Maintenance service visits and customer energy reviews
- Review of customer's ESSOS reports for implementing viable recommendations
- Integration with customer's CRM systems and/or Facility Manager help desks
