Where Innovation Meets Sustainability
We offer a holistic Energy-as-a-Service program to reduce energy costs and dependence on fossil fuels. We see ourselves as your partner on the path to net zero.
Simply put, it's no risk and no Capex off-balance sheet financing that enables customers to carry out sustainability projects without any initial capital outlay. Monthly payments for this contract are expensed rather than capitalised and depreciated over 25 years. Consequently, the total contract sum is not required to be recorded as a liability on the Balance Sheet.
With an EaaS contract, we cover the costs of project development, construction, and maintenance. Once the project is up and running, our customers pay for the service based on their actual energy savings.
Contract length is typically ten years or less. Each is a bit different and based on the scope of the project calculated with the cost of power at inception.
We start with expert tailored energy efficiency solutions. Then, ESA provides project management from assessment through implementation and ongoing support for peak performance.
Second is onsite energy generation, which may be solar, wind, and/or Combined Heat and Power (CHP). We can also provide battery storage. Reducing dependence on fossil fuels ensures company resilience.
Our advanced building management system, monitored from our network operations center, ensures peak efficiency maintenance. And finally you may choose one of three service levels for ongoing support.
We understand that some of you have already started your journey to net zero, so we'd be happy to discuss this option. However, our model is based on the idea of reduce before you produce. That is the optimal path to achieving exceptional savings and powerful sustainability outcomes.
ESA guarantees a minimum of 20% savings, but we routinely reach 35%. We try to underpromise and overdeliver. We also guarantee your savings will be greater than the service fee payments.
Customers will own all equipment and enjoy 100% of the savings at the end of the contract term.
The guaranteed output from the solar system is 30 years. Warranty periods set by each equipment manufacturer vary, with Inverters typically covered for 10 years and Panels and Mounting Kits for about 20 years. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties tailored to client needs at an additional cost.
We will provide specific warranty details before a decision is made on implementation.
Fortunately, solar systems are quite simple. The solar contractor includes one panel clean yearly, fire and theft insurance, and export metering charges. They will also replace inverters once, even if outside their warranty term.
Continuing maintenance is available through the O&M service we offer.
Besides enhancing their corporate responsibility profile, the tracking and reporting provided by our building management system allows companies to meet government reporting regulations easily.
Additionally, they are creating a sustainable environment. Providing a sustainable environment has become increasingly necessary for finding and retaining the best employees.
It's safe to say we hear that every time. But this model is being used all over the world. Our approach combines energy efficiency with renewable energy and robust building management, all without capital expenditure and risk.
Once our customers see how it will benefit them, they always say it's a "no-brainer!"
