Energy Survey Software
Our software guides our energy surveyors through a user-friendly interface that captures every required detail of existing lights, HVAC, plug loads, motors, pumps, and other energy-consuming equipment.
The completed survey and at least two pictures of existing equipment are forwarded to our energy engineers to develop the solutions.
Lighting
We capture every attribute for every bulb and fixture by area to ensure the most energy-efficient solution possible. We also ask your Facility Manager a series of questions, including:
- Preferred color temperature
- Too bright, too dim, or just right
- Control preferences
- New fixtures or leave what’s already there
- Increase or reduce the number of fixtures
All data and information are input into our Audit App, and then we engineer a solution specifying the lighting system changes needed to meet your requirements.
We take pride in only using the highest quality diodes and drivers. We build our lights to order using the highest lumens/watt diodes to ensure maximum energy savings.
Building Information
- We remove the cover of every panel in the building and note the use of every circuit.
- Our audit of your existing BMS will determine which data points our Energy Monitoring and Management System will measure in real-time for the most efficient scheduled use of power.
- Motor name-plate information will be entered and photographed.
- Data from chiller and HVAC equipment is gathered for performance optimization by our engineers.
- We also gather critical information required to install other building-specific energy reduction equipment.
