How We Work

Step One: We begin with a comprehensive, no-cost, no-obligation on-site energy use survey. Our expert energy engineers will design cutting-edge solutions to reduce energy consumption in lighting, HVAC, motors, pumps, plug loads, and more. We'll install an energy management system to monitor your equipment's kWh consumption, ensuring optimal energy efficiency. Additionally, we'll engineer an on-site solar and energy storage system.

Upon completion of the survey, you'll receive a Findings Report that will outline the potential savings from our energy conservation and production solutions. We offer a 5-10-year Energy Services Agreement, requiring no Capex, and guarantee that your monthly savings will exceed the service fee. Our costs and profit are covered by the reduction in your energy bills. After the service contract ends, you'll enjoy 100% of the savings.

Step Two: We'll proceed with the equipment installation upon approval and signing of the service contract. Once the equipment is installed and operational, your monthly service fee payment will commence. We adhere to the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) to ensure the savings surpass your service fee.

Step Three: Our energy management system provides real-time kWh consumption and production data to your facilities manager and our Network Operations Center. Any anomalies will be reported by our software, and depending on your chosen service level, either your facilities manager or ESA will address the issue.

To ensure your peace of mind and maintain peak efficiency, we manage and maintain your energy use and all installed equipment throughout your service agreement. We also offer extended service maintenance agreements beyond the original term, demonstrating our commitment to your long-term energy needs.
