LED technology is in the rapid development phase, which means diodes are constantly improving to provide higher lumen efficiency. In partnership with our factories, we continue to develop high-efficiency low-watt lighting. Our ultra-efficient LED lighting uses the highest lumens-per-watt diodes available.
We custom-build your lights to produce the required lumens with the fewest watts.
Every watt saved is carbon emissions and money saved.
“Commercial buildings account for about 25% of global electricity consumption."
-The International Energy Agency (IEA)
Our customer's existing LED high bays, installed just three years ago, required 134 watts to produce 18,000 lumens. We achieved increased luxe levels using only 100 watts to produce 21,000 lumens. Replacing their 137 high bays resulted in a 27% reduction in kilowatt-hours and substantially reduced their carbon footprint. This upgrade will yield impressive savings of £151,498 over the product's 100,000-hour useful life.
We also replaced sixty 2'x2' office panels, saving an additional £29,117 over their useful life.
Using our eight manufacturing facilities, we build to order using the highest lumens-per-watt diodes and quality components, assuring you of 100,000 hours of useful life.
Our products are warranted for 50,000 hours, are UL-listed, and meet all country-specific regulations such as UKCA, TUV-CE, SAA, CE, RoHS, LM79, NOM, UL, ETL, and DLC.
We begin with a lighting audit to confirm the prescriptive luxe level for optimal working conditions across all activities in a facility, from warehousing, manufacturing, and offices to health care, schools, and shopping centers.
From a wide array of controls technology, we engineer every project to optimize lighting efficiency.
Though low, like all electronics, LEDs do have a failure rate. We factor in the worldwide failure rate of each luminaire, tube, or bulb in your order, multiply that x3, and stock an inventory of spares at your facility.
The safety stock eliminates the need for your maintenance department to spend time filling out warranty paperwork and going back and forth waiting for replacement lights. During the term of our Energy Services Agreement, if the safety stock for any item falls below 50%, contact us, and we’ll replenish it at no cost.
The ESA LED manufacturing group of eight factories operates in over 750,000 ft² of ISO 9001-certified production facilities.
Our group has 659 highly trained production workers, 87 degreed engineers, and an investment in capital equipment of more than $300M. Every step of the manufacturing process follows strict quality control standards.
We have fully integrated production lines, including state-of-the-art SMD fabrication, LED module assembly lines, fixture assembly lines, and automated aging racks that burn in each fixture for at least 24 hours before packaging and shipping.
